When your application starts a number of windows dll's are loaded and those dll's are not built with debug information. Also, some say the symbol couldn't be found for dlls as well, which doesn't make sense... You are probably debugging an optimized build, therefore the source code you're viewing when you're debugging is different than the code that was generated (variables have been moved/removed, functions inlined, loops really...?
